How long does it take?
Repairs are typically completed the same day, but some may take between 24 to 72 hours. If we need to order parts, the repair may take longer.
Do we work on it?
At Elite Technologies, we specialize in PC, laptop, and game console repairs. We do not currently service phones, tablets, controllers, or TVs/Monitors
Do I need to bring anything?
For laptops, please bring the charger along with your device. For desktops and game consoles, we have everything needed for diagnostics and repair. For example, if you bring in a PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X for an HDMI port replacement, we just need the console itself.
Warranty Information & Coverage Details
We offer a 1-year warranty on all services we provide. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or issues related to customer-supplied parts.
